Lano connects to Zoho to retrieve and consolidate employee-related data and salary changes. The sync runs automatically twice a day, at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, ensuring your data remains up-to-date with any changes made in your HRIS.
As part of this integration and consolidation process, you are responsible for providing employee and payroll data, typically exported from your internal Zoho instance or through your internal payroll process.
We accept the data as provided, with minimal formatting required, except for a small number of fields that are essential for creating employee profiles in Lano.
